If you are interested in advertising on DevotedMoms.com, you must agree to our policies. By placing your advertising order, you are agreeing to all the terms in our policy.
We do not allow any advertisements that contain, promote or link to pornographic material, violence, or racism. Devoted Moms reserves the right to refuse any and all advertisements that are deemed by us to be inappropriate for this website. If there is any question to this, please
contact us prior to purchase. In the event Devoted Moms receives money for any advertisement, and the advertisement is then rejected by us, we will send notification to the contact person on file, with the reason for the ad being rejected and arrangements for an immediate refund.
It is the responsibility of the advertiser to send the advertisement details to us before the advertisement is scheduled to start. After payment has been received, and if you paid via Paypal, you will be redirected to an
Advertising Form that needs to be filled out and submitted. This form is strictly a guideline for us to go by, and any information entered on the form can be changed at anytime prior to the run date of the ad. After this form is submitted, the contact person on file, will be sent an email confirming the details of the order. If this confirmation email is not received within 24 hours after the ad form has been submitted, please
contact us as soon as possible.
All advertisements will run in the order that they are received, unless a specific,
available monthly issue has been requested. If the month requested is not available, you will be notified as soon as possible, so other scheduling arrangements can be made.
Featured Sponsor Ads: It is the policy of Devoted Moms, to
not run Featured Sponsor advertisements that are promoting the same "main company", in the same monthly issue. If more than one advertising order is received by Devoted Moms, advertising the same "main company", the order that was received first will be the advertisement that is displayed first. For any orders received after the first, the contact person on file will be notified and given the option of running the ad the following month, or requesting a future monthly issue.
This policy is non-negotiable, and is set in place to avoid representatives, consultants, etc. of the same company, from competing with one another on Devoted Moms, and to keep the visitors of Devoted Moms from being bombarded with the same advertisements and options. This is only for the Featured Sponsors Listings and does
NOT apply to any other advertising spots offered on Devoted Moms.
No refunds will be made for any advertisement listings unless the reason for a refund has been specifically stated in this policy.
